News 2011
We are thrilled to welcome home HOYS winning lead rein, Cosford Veronique to retire to stud, our grateful thanks to the Taylor family for giving us this opportunity.
Bye Bye Quip and Welcome home Vierra!
Heniarth Quip has returned home to Wales after three fun filled seasons here. Originally only due to stay for one year he enjoyed himself so much it ended up being three. Quip has left us some lovely stock and we are truely grateful to have had the opportunity to have this wonderful welshman spend time here.
Meanwhile Thistledown Vierra has returned from his 'Highland Fling' at the Waxwing Stud and will be busy covering in 2012.
HOYS 2011
Stanley Grange Cocktail sired the 2nd placed Stanley Grange Cocksure (the highest placed Riding Pony) in the Cuddy pony section, Cosford Charabanc was 3rd in SHP LR class ridden by Oliver Woodman, who also partnered the 4yr old Show pony LR Cosford Persia into 7th place, very well done! Also well done to the connections of the other placed ponies Cosford Sky Blue and Cosford Chartreause in the First Ridden show pony class. There were a total of 8 Cosford ponies qualified for HOYS this year.
